Sentrix® Expression BeadChips are currently available in two formats.
Sentrix® BeadChips are available in two, multi-sample configurations for human and mouse genome-wide expression analysis.
The Human-6 Expression BeadChip can generate RNA profiles of six samples, analyzing over 46,000 transcripts per sample. The HumanRef-8 Expression BeadChip enables parallel analysis of eight samples, >23,000 transcripts apiece.
Two similar products for mouse Whole-Genome Expression are also available. The Mouse-6 Expression BeadChip uses the 6-sample format to allows researchers to profile more than 47,000 transcripts per sample. The MouseRef-8 Expression BeadChip profiles approximately 24,000 well-annotated RefSeq transcripts per sample on an 8-sample BeadChip format.
